During almost 10 years of her professional career, she developed from being a Consultant to become a Director in an international consulting company specializing in financial risk management (Chatham Financial), where she was also co-responsible for building the organizational culture of the Polish branch.
Since 2021 she is leading the People & Operations area at No Fluff Jobs, where she cares for transparency, honesty and respect to be present in daily interactions, throughout both Polish and international teams. She graduated in Economics, likes numbers and initiating projects that increase effectiveness of work and cooperation.
In her free time she gets involved in charitable initiatives and cooperates with organizations supporting leaders in implementing positive values into their undertakings. She enjoys organizing events, teaching snowboarding, singing and traveling off the beaten track.
