    She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, creating a safe space for employees to give and receive direct feedback, and ensuring that 15Five is holding a high bar for performance while also providing the support and encouragement that team members need to be successful.

    Shannon lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband, 3 sons, and her dog.
